The Waste RDI Roadmap Implementation Unit partnered with UNISA Press to consolidate current research and development in the area of biomass and organic waste valorisation. The book, a series of 12 chapters, was published in 2019. The book is an outcome of the Industry-meets-Science workshop on biomass and organic waste. The workshop highlighted the “need for a scientific publication on the state of research on these waste streams, currently undertaken by South African Universities and Science Councils”. |
